Front desk service is absolutely top notch. After dealing with unexpected difficulties with my third-party reservation I was helped by Nicholas and Alyssa, who were both extraordinarily helpful and friendly. They are miracle workers! I am so thankful for their help and professionalism. I did note that at certain times there was only one front-desk employee while the hotel was fully booked, and I wish the company wouldn't put its employees under such stress. Room was clean and a great value for the price. Breakfast was also a great value (though I would have appreciated a non-dairy milk option for cereal/coffee.) Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Dover.
The clerk was so kind to my husband. Assisted in getting him safely into our room while I parked the car. The room was clean, comfy, and quiet. Surprisingly, the breakfast was good and not just coffee and a donut. Would definitely stay here again.
So grateful that this hotel is pet-friendly! The staff was nice, check-in was super easy, and the room was clean. For the price I thought everything was pretty great! The water fountain in the hallway by the ice machine didn't work but there's a better one in the gym! The lobby area has coffee, tea, and hot water available at all times. The bed was pretty comfortable - more on the firm side which I actually prefer. The provided shampoo and conditioner tubes were kind of hard to use, though and the toilet paper was... not great. Lots of towels were provided though and the shower is nice. Overall my dog and I were both happy with everything! Also there's a McDonald's right next door which is convenient.
Rooms were clean, I had 5 people so I had a pull out sofa bed which was comfortable and every staff I encountered was polite and helpful.
I love this place, great breakfast and employees are so friendly. Going through a dark time in my life. Only wish was a little more affordable.

Sleep Inn is one of the nicer hotels in Dover. With that said, while my family stayed there I didn’t see any seedy activity outside the parking lot wasn’t full of people at night and if you did step out for anything you need your room key to enter the property. Which is an excellent idea for me. Our room was clean the amenities are wonderful. I didn’t even hear a dog bark the entire time .
We stopped on our way to North carolina. Breakfast was a great many options. Staff was super friendly and helpful. We came down right before 9:30, when breakfast ended, and the lady watching the breakfast and refilling the counter went in the back to bring our more yogurt on request. I felt this was above and beyond helpful.
